Terms of service.

These Terms of Service govern all bookings and services provided by Massage Up. By booking a massage session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
We provide on-site chair massage services as agreed at the day/time of booking. All services are delivered by a qualified massage therapist and are intended for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only.
2. Pricing [when applicable]
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Any confirmed booking will be charged at the price agreed at the time of booking.
Any future bookings may reflect updated pricing.
3. Bookings and Payment
By booking, you agree to reserve the agreed date, time and space for Massage Up to facilitate chair massage sessions within your premises.
By booking, you agree to facilitate any logistics and administrative set-up to ensure the smooth running of the massage sessions.
After your booking we will invoice you [when applicable]. You will be required to pay any booking or cancellation fees within 14 days of reception of the invoice.
4. Client Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
The following cancellation policy applies to all workplace bookings:
4.1 Cancellation at least 24 hours before the booking time
If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled session, you have two options:
Rebook your session
You may reschedule to another available date at no additional cost.
Cancel fully (no rebooking)
A 20% cancellation fee will be invoiced and charged. This fee reflects the inconvenience of reserving time that could otherwise have been offered to another client.
4.2. Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time or once the therapist is on site
If a booking is cancelled:
Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or
After the therapist has already arrived on site on the day of the booking,
a 50% cancellation fee will be invoiced and charged. This reflects the short notice and the loss of working time that cannot reasonably be rebooked.
The following cancellation policy applies to all shared space bookings:
4.3. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the booking time
If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled session, you have two options:
Rebook your session
You may reschedule to another available date at no cost.
Cancel fully (no rebooking)
A fixed amount of £40 cancellation fee will be invoiced and charged. This fee reflects the inconvenience of reserving time that could otherwise have been offered to another client.
4.4. Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time or once the therapist is on site
If a booking is cancelled:
Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or
After the therapist has already arrived on site on the day of the booking,
a fixed cancellation fee of £90 will be invoiced and charged. This reflects the short notice and the loss of working time that cannot reasonably be rebooked.
5. Therapist Cancellations (Illness or Unplanned Circumstances)
In rare cases, Massage Up may need to cancel due to unplanned illness (e.g. cold, flu, or other health issues) or other unplanned circumstances (e.g. loved one bereavement or emergencies, severe traffic or weather). We will inform you as soon as possible, ideally the day before, or on the day if unavoidable. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The following therapist cancellation policy applies to all workplace bookings:
You will then have two options:
Rebook your appointment. We will offer to reschedule at a later date.
You will receive a 30% discount as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
Do not rebook
No fees will be charged or invoiced.
Therapist cancellation policy for shared spaces applies [if applicable] as per agreed in partnership document(s).
6. Health and Safety
Patients must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatment if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.
7. Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, Massage Up shall not be held liable for any injury or loss resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information prior to treatment.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
